Will my clients know I used a tool?

No. Every asset is branded with your name, photo, and brokerage colors. There's no "Made with Listloop" watermark on anything you publish. Your clients see a professional marketing kit, full stop.

Does this work with my MLS board?

We parse the standard MLS listing PDF and GeoWarehouse reports, which covers every major Ontario board and most Canadian boards. If your PDF has address, price, photos, and a remarks section, Listloop will parse it. We add new formats as agents request them.

Can I edit the output after it generates?

Yes. The property listing page (the shareable site at listloop.ca/listing/…) and the seller presentation both open in visual editors. Text, photos, sections, layouts, all live-editable. The brochure, social cards, and email templates inherit your theme automatically, so fixes propagate without you chasing them.

What happens if I cancel?

Your active listings stay live until the end of your billing period, then downgrade to Free (first 3 listings remain active). Nothing gets deleted, and you can reactivate any time. Annual plans are prorated on cancellation.

Can my whole brokerage use this?

On the Pro plan, yes. Create a brokerage workspace, invite agents by email, set roles (admin / agent), and see aggregate analytics across every active listing in your office. Each agent keeps their own branding on their own listings.

Who owns the data I upload?

You do. Listloop stores your listings on Canadian infrastructure, doesn't share your data with third parties, and lets you export everything (as PDFs, images, and JSON) at any time. Delete your account and your data is gone within 30 days.
